Patna, November 8, 2009:
Nalanda, Siwan, Munger, Banka, Saharsa, Kaimur, East Champaran and Saran made the last eight formations of the Bihar State CK Nayudu inter-district under-19 school cricket tournament played at three different venues here on Sunday.
Siwan posted a big nine-wicket win over Araria at the Moinul Haq Stadium while Nalanda defeated Vaishali by 24 runs in the second match at the same venue.
At the Patna College ground, Munger edged past Begusarai by 25 runs and Banka tamed Madhubani by eight runs at the Patna High School.
