Divine Public School move into second round


Patna, November 21, 2009:
Divine Public School, Uttar Pradesh, and St Joseph’s Public School advanced to the second round of the 25th All India Sukhdeo Narain memorial inter-school cricket tournament at the Moinul Haq Stadium here.

Divine Public School beat MS Academy by 17 runs while St Joseph’s Public School edged out Sri Sri Ravishankar Bal Mandir by 13 runs.

Harshit Gupta (Divine School) and Aman Bhaskar (St Joseph’s Public School) were adjudged man of the match in their respective matches.

Brief scores: Divine Public school: 142 for one wicket in 25 overs (Harshit Gupta-62 not out, Arman Lari-16, Shirish-27, Ashish-1/25).
MS Academy: 125 for nine wickets in 25 overs (Ravi Sinha-15, Amarit Bhushan-14, Harshit Gupta-2/22, Shirish-2/20).
St Joseph’s Public School: 122 for nine wickets in 25 overs (Vinay-23, Nandan-22, Sachin-3/18, Vivek-3/16).
Sri Sri Ravishankar Bal Mandir: 109 all out in 23.5 overs (Ashutosh Shiver-41, Shubham-21, Aman bhashkar-3/18, Roshan Raj-2/9).
