Patna, November 2, 2009: Nausha Sporting Club prevailed over Yuva Shakti Club, Masaurhi 3-2 in the Patna Football Association senior division league at the New Police Lines ground here on Monday. In the second match, Football Academy, Patna beat Junior Police Boys Club by a solitary goal.
Nausha were leading 3-0 at the end of the first half.
Khushtar Nizam scored the first goal for Nausha Sporting in 15th minute. Sonu increased the margin the 25th minute. Nizam netted the third goal in the 29th minute.
After the breather, Yuva Shakti Club bounced back and scored two goals. Santosh Kumar struck the first one in the 80th minute while Vikram Kumar added another just two minutes later.
In the second match, Mirnal Kumar netted the coveted goal in the 27th minute.
