Saurav Anand, Saurav Siddarth and Nayan Kumar shared the lead jointly with two points each at the end pf second round play of the Bihar State under-7 chess championships at RBI Recreation Club hall here on Friday.
In the girls’ section four players Kritika Chowdhary, Usha Arya, Janhavi and Garima Arya were jointly leading the table with two points each.
Earlier, RBI, Patna, General Manager SS Soy inaugurated the tournament. RBI, Patna, Deputy General Manager CS Azad graced the function as guest of honour. Pramod Kumar welcomed the guests while Dharmendra Kumar proposed a vote of thanks.

Boys: Saurav Anand (2) beat Mriganshu (1), Saurav Siddarth (2) beat Kumar Sambhav (1), Nayan Kumar (2) beat Sengar (1), Harshvardhan (1) beat Tushar (0) and Dibyanshu Singh (1) beat Sachin (0).
Gilrs: Krika Chowdhary (2) beat Manya (1), Usha Arya (2) beat Sakshi Priya (1), Janhavi (2) beat Swapnil (1) and Garima (2) beat Akhauri Harshik (0).
