Vidyarthi Athletic Club and Rajbanshi Nagar moved into the next round of the second MM Bose memorial cricket tournament defeating their rivals by huge margins at the Sanjay Gandhi Stadium here on Wednesday.
In the first match of the day, Vidyarthi AC trounced Boring Road by 108 runs while Rajbanshi Nagar swamped Vinoo Mankad Club by 89 runs in the second match,
The highlight of the first match was a five-wicket haul by Aditya Abhishek for Vidyarthi Athletics after Vibhuti Bhaskar decorated the innings with his quick-fire 70 runs. Vibhuti was later adjudged man of the match.
In the second match, Rohit Gupta claimed five wickets for 13 runs for Rajbanshi Nagar. He was awarded man of the match.

Vinoo Mankad Club: 92 all out off 16.2 overs (Sudarshan 46, Satyam Jha 13, Rohit Gupta 5 for 13, Indrajeet 2 for 10).
