Don Bosco Academy stormed into the final of the 11th Father Arrupe memorial inter-school cricket tournament crushing St Dominic School by six wickets at the St Michael’s School ground here on Saturday.
Batting first, St Dominic boys struggled hard to collect 86 runs off 15.5 overs. Ankit (40) saved his team from complete disaster. Amitabh and abhishek took three wickets each.
In reply, Don Bosco Acdemy boys achieved the target off 15.2 overs losing four wickets. Amitabh (23) emerged as the top scorer.
Amitabh of Don Bosco, who claimed three wickets and scored 23 runs, was declared man of the match.
