National panel umpire Ravishankar has been elected president of the Umpires Association, Patna at a general meeting of the body on Wednesday.
Ashish Sinha has been elected secretary. All the office-bearers were chosen unanimously. State panel umpire Arun Singh would be the working president of the association.
