Rajnish to lead Bihar U-16 cricket team for BCCI Associate Cup

Patna, November 27, 2009: Kumar Rajnish of Patna will lead a 14-member Bihar under-16 team in the BCCI Associate Cup cricket tournament to be held at Silchar and Shillong from December 1, according to Bihar Cricket Association (BCA) press release.

Matches will be played on league cum knock out basis and top team from each pool will qualify for the final. Chhattisgarh, Sikkim, Manipur and Bihar were placed in Group ‘A’, while Meghalaya, Nagaland, and Arunachal Pradesh were in Group ‘B’.

Matches of group ‘A’ will be held at Silchar while group B matches will be played in Shilong.
