Patna, December 20, 2009: Randhir Verma Foundation on Sunday felicitated Bihar under-16 cricket team who won the BCCI Associates and Affiliates tournament in Shillong recently, in a colourful function.MLC Bhumipal was the chief guest while Bihar Cricket Association (BCA) secretary Ajay Narayn Sharma, Anil Sulabh and former international umpire LP Verma were the special guests at the function.
