Patna, October 13, 2009:
Association for People’s Welfare and Development (APWAD) will organise the second Rock State-level inter-school football tournament at the outer ground of the Moinul Haq Stadium from October 28, according to Pranav Prakash, general secretary, APWAD.
He said the Rock Securities and Services had agreed upon to sponsor the tournament. The tournament is recognised by the Bihar Football Association, he added.
Pranav said 16 teams would be given entry to participate in the tournament and they would by divided into four groups. Top team from each group would qualify for thesemi-finals, he added.
The last date for entry is October 20.
