Hercules Cricket Club trounced Bata by six wickets in the PDCA senior division league at the Moinul Haq Stadium here on Saturday. Earlier in the first match, East Central Railway (ECR), Danapur, beat Rising Star by 53 runs.
Batting first, Bata could manage to score 59 runs off 20 overs. Harpreet took three wickets for 10 runs. In reply, Hercules achieved the target losing four wickets. Sharwan made 19 runs.
In the first match, ECR, Danapur scored 153 runs for six wickets off 30 overs. Keshav slammed 40 runs while Ajay Mishra remained unbeaten on 34 runs. In reply, Rising Star were all out for 100 runs off 25.2 overs. Deepak took three wickets while Keshav grabbed two.
