Ashish Sinha scored a brilliant half century as Adhikari XI registered a fluent 6-wicket win over Exhibition Road cricket Club(ERCC) in the Patna District Cricket Association senior division league at the Moinul Haq Stadium here on Monday.
Ashish Sinha made 62 runs with six boundaries and two sixes.
Batting first, ERCC scored 147 for eight wickets off 30 overs. Ali Rashid (48) and Abhay Ranjan (39) gave some respectability to ERCC total. Manish Anand claimed three wickets for 16 runs.
In reply, Adhikari XI raced to the target off 21 overs. Deepak Kumar (39), Manish Anand (16) and Manish Kumar (19) were the other significant contributors.
Earlier in the first match, Rising Star defeated Navshakti Niketan by 46 runs. Rising Star complied 161 runs off 30 overs and then bowled their rival out for a meager 115 runs off 27. 3 overs.
