Harmeet strikes 4 as Chandigarh thrash Delhi

New Delhi, April 10, 2013: Four goals by Harmeet Singh helped Chandigarh register an easy 5-1 victory over Delhi in the 3rd Hockey India Sub-Junior Men National Championship (North Zone) at Sonepat (Haryana) on Wednesday.

Chandigarh scored through Harmeet Singh (6th, 14th, 48th and 63th minutes) and Maninderjeet Singh in the 50th minute while Rahul scored the only goal for Delhi in the 68th minute.

In another match of Pool-A Uttar Pradesh beat Uttarakhand 4-1. Manish Rajbhar, Amit Singh, Arun Kumar and Abhay scored one goal each for Uttar Pradesh while Sumit Kumar scored the only goal for Uttarakhand.
