Patna, June 7, 2010: Raj Milk hammered BMP Boys 5-0 to register their fourth consecutive win in the Patna Football Association super division league at Gandhi Maidan here on Monday.
All the goals came in the second half as BMP Boys played brilliantly to stave off Raj Milk threat in the first half.
After the break, Rajdeep drew the first blood in the 50th minute (1-0). Indrakant slammed the second goal in the 55th minute. Saroj netted the third goal in the 65th minute (3-0). Raj Milk’s Nigerian player, Oviti increased the lead in the 75th minute (4-0) while Saroj completed the tally in the 80th minute (5-0).
At the New Police Lines ground, State Bank of India (SBI) edged past Bihar State Electricity Board (BSEB) by a solitary goal. Lallan Singh Yadav scored the all-important goal in the 49th minute (1-0).
