Patna, June 21, 2010: BMP Boys chalked out 3-2 win over Railway Football Club (RFC) in the Patna Football Association super division league at the Patna High School ground here on Monday.
BMP Boys were 2-1 up in the first half.
Dhananjay Kumar placed BMP Boys into the lead in the 25th minute (1-0). Ajay Singh equalised the lead in the 40th minute (1-1).
Md Raquib netted the second goal for the BMP Boys in the 44th minute (2-1).
After the breather, Md Shahnawaz made it 3-1 in the 60th minute. Pankaj Kumar Singh reduced the margin for Railway men in the 70th minute.
In the second match at the New Police Lines ground, Patna Police struggled to beat Police boys 2-1. Both teams played 1-1 in the first half.
Manoj Kumar Singh netted the first goal for Patna Police in the 13th minute (1-0). Sonu Kumar equalised the lead in the 17th minute (1-1). Brajesh Kumar netted the winning goal in the 57th minute.
