Open Minds A Birla School clinch carrom team title

Patna, December 3, 2015: Open Minds A Birla School won the boys’ team title of the 4th Sipahi Bhagat Memorial Inter-School Carrom Championship defeating DAV Public School (Board Colony) at their school hall here on Thursday.

Delhi Public School got the third position.

Earlier, the tournament got off to a colourful start. Students from Delhi Public School, Raza International Girls, DAV BSEB, Litera Valley, Ishan International Girls School and Open Minds-A Birla School, Danapur have been participating in the three-day meet. Open Minds A Birla School principal Rajesh Sarkar and Admin In-charge Shovika Yadav inaugurated the tournament by playing a board. 

In the girls’ category, Ishan International Girls School emerged champions while Open Minds Danapur came second. The third position was bagged by DAV BSEB.
