Easy win for St Paul’s International School





Patna. December 6, 2015: St Paul’s International School thrashed Litera Valley by 8 wickets in the opening match of the 31st All India Sukhdeo Narain Memorial Inter-School Cricket Tournament here.

Batting first, Litera Valley scored 68 all out off 19.2 overs. In reply, St Paul boys raced to the target losing two wickets off 13. 2 overs. Aman Avinash of St Paul’s, who made unbeaten 30 runs, was declared man of the match.

Earlier, Bihar Finanace Minister Abdul Bari Siddiqui inaugurated the tournament.

Brief score: Litera Valley- 68 (Vaibhav 19, Shashi 11, Extras 28, Akash Raj 2 for 24, Rajanikant 2 for 12, Mithilesh Kumar 2 for 8, Sarvottam 2 for 14)

St Paul’s:  69 for 2 (Aman Avinash 30 not out, Akash Raj 15, Animesh 1 for 19).
