In a one-sided affair, Shamu Hembrum struck a brace of goals
in the 7th and 12th minute to put BRC up 2-0. Gulshan Kumar scored a goal in
the 35th minute to make it 3-0.
At the breather, BRC were leading 3-0.
FCI were able to reduce the margin in the 54th minute when
Mahadev Soren slotted home (1-3).
Shamu Hembrum was on the target again in the 57th minute to
take lead to 4-1. In the later part of the match, Vibhishan pumped in two more
goals (71st and 78th minutes) to complete the tally 6-1.
