Shashastra Seema Bal (SSB) edged out Bihar Police 3-1 in a pre-quarterfinal match of the 61st BN Mullik Memorial All India Police Football Championship in Patna on December 16, 2012. In another match, Kerala Police tamed Odisha 2-1 to book their berths in the quarterfinals.
