St Michael's School girls begin campaign in style

Patna, October 27, 2010: St Michael’s School girls got off to bright start outclassing St Karen’s School 3-0 in team event of the BB Yadav memorial inter-school table tennis championships at Bihar Young Men’s Institute here on Wednesday.

In the other matches of the day in the same group, St Karen’s School struggled to beat Delhi Public School, Patna 3-2.

In the boys’ section Loyola School “B” got the better of St Michael’s School “B” 3-1.

Earlier, MLC Ganga Prasad and former general manager, Coal India Limited Banarasi Prasad jointly inaugurated the tournament. Bihar Table Tennis Association (BTTA) secretary Mukesh Roy welcomed the guests.
