Devpriya Jaiswal, Aman Kumar in semifinals

Patna, July 1, 2011: Devpriya Jaiswal and Aman Kumar (both Bihar) and Vishu Prasad (Delhi) moved into the boys’ under-18 singles semifinals of the AITA talent series third leg tournament at the Patliputra Colony courts here.

In the boys’ under-16 singles, Shree Krishna (Bihar), Adarsh Anand (Bihar) and Ayush Joshi (Delhi) occupied their places in the semifinals.

Results: Boys’ under-18 singles (quarterfinals): Devpriya Jaiswal bt Ayush Joshi 6-0, 6-0; Aman Kumar bt Sourabh Raghuvanshi (MP) 6-3, 6-4; Vishu Prasad bt Shree Krishna 6-1, 6-2.

Boys’ under-16 singles (quarterfinals): Shree Krishna bt Siddharth Anand (Delhi) 6-0, 6-1; Ayush Joshi bt Ritwik Bhriguvanshi (Bihar) 6-1, 6-1; Adarsh Anand bt Vivek Kumar (Bihar) 6-1, 6-0.
