Patna, May 1, 2010: P&M Mall AITA Tennis Championships for men and women will be held at the Patluputra Colony courts here from May 3 to 8.
The top seed in the men’s event, Manoj Sewa of West Bengal confirmed his participation. The other known players are Dhruv Kumar of West Bengal, a former junior National Champion, Anshuman Dutta of Assam, a former junior National Champion, Chandrashekhar Mohanty of Assam, a former junior National Champion and Vinod Sewa of Bengal, a former junior National Champion and winner of numerous International tournaments.
Devpriya Jaiswal and Adamya Vikrant will head the Bihar challenge.
In the women’s event, Nupur Kaul of Maharashtra is the top seed followed by Abhilasha Ahuja of Harayana , The Bihar challenge will be headed by Shilpi and Shruti Jaiswal.
Players from Delhi , Haryana ,Tamil Nadu , Karnataka, AP, MP, UP, Rajasthan, Kerala, HP, Punjab, Gujrat, Maharashtra, WB, Orissa, Assam , Gujrat have confirmed their entries.
